Tidal power isn't used in the USA yet but it's used in France, Canada, South Korea, but there is growing interest in the idea of undersea turbines that capture this renewable resource The Department of Energy (DOE) has fonded several tidal power test projects, and international companies recently has been testing their turbines in places like Scotland and Maine.
